ANC Youth League president Julius Malema's Equality Court hearing set down for Monday has been rescheduled to May 20, Afriforum said.
"There was a direction by the presiding officer of the court and it was removed from the roll for today," said Afriforum legal manager Willie Spies.
The delay was due to the unavailability of the different legal teams and could also be due to Malema's disciplinary hearing with the ANC which was also set down for Monday.
The ANC disciplinary matter was reportedly about Malema not heeding party advice to not discuss AWB leader Eugene Terre Blanche's murder, which many believed highlighted the dangers of singing such lyrics, as well as his expression of support for Zimbabwe's Zanu-PF leader Robert Mugabe.
